Grammer Allen is the Creative Director at Gram Media. He leads the creative direction across the studio's video editing, graphic design and social media work.

On the social side he writes the strategy as well as running the accounts. The Compass Healthcare plan, with its brand review, audit, competitor study, content pillars and engagement tactics, carries his name.
